At Daima & Co., every item is made to order — created specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or change-of-mind reasons. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
